3 questions to find meaning in your life
Arthur Brooks, an author and professor at Harvard Business School, said the meaning of life is composed of three questions:
- Why do things happen the way they do in your life?
- What is your purpose and direction?
- Why does your life matter?
If you give the time and the effort to answer these questions, you'll never have a crisis of meaning ever again, he said.
I think I should write down the answers to these questions and review them regularly.
Do you find these questions useful, too?
