Everyday habits
Just start. It all begins with the right habits.
You want health? Start an exercise program. Do it every day. Yes, daily.
When it’s daily, you don’t have to think about it or plan much. It is built into your system. A system is always better than having goals.
It is the same with any other habit. Take writing for example. Just write every single day. Don’t think much about it. Do I write today or maybe tomorrow? If you commit to doing it daily, there is not much thinking or deciding involved.
If you want to read more, why not make it an everyday habit, too?
If you want to be better at playing a musical instrument, there is no better way to do it than creating a system of everyday habits that include time for practice.
Reduce the friction for action. And see what great things emerge.
